Job Summary
In this role you will:
đź“ŤOwn the vision, strategy, implementation, and customer & business outcomes đź“ŤLead and inspire a team (engineers, designers, researchers, data scientists, business operations) to ship innovative and incredible experiences at scale đź“ŤManage a team of seven+ product managers (four product leads + three reports of reports) đź“ŤDeeply understand business and product performance to ensure we are focused on the highest impact opportunities that balance long term growth with immediate business needs. đź“ŤManage the roadmap and team processes to enhance execution velocity, making tactical tradeoffs between business priorities and resources đź“ŤDrive effective partnership both cross-functionally and across abstractions & product teams, ensuring the team is effectively supporting the needs across the business. đź“ŤDefine the framework and metrics to measure the impact of the team; deeply understand the core drivers and monitor progress
Qualifications
📍12+ years of product management experience with a strong familiarity of consumer-facing ecosystem products and a proven track record of delivering outstanding products at scale 📍Outstanding leadership skills; the ability to inspire team members and drive collaborative decision-making across geographically dispersed cross-functional teams 📍High degree of comfort with ambiguity, and a knack for quickly ramping on new skills and functions. You excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 📍Exceptional prioritization and cross-functional stakeholder management, particularly influencing compliance/legal and external partners in a highly regulated industry 📍Excellent oral and written communication and narrative storytelling skills. You can frame and distill complex information appropriately for different audiences and are comfortable regularly presenting to and guiding Cash App’s most senior leaders
