Job Summary
What You'll Do:
šProvide hands on technical support within the Account Abstraction product vertical šDeliver a stellar customer experience šScale support through internal tooling and runbooks as well as contribute to devX improvements šUnderstand customer needs and how to meet unique challenges and goals šDetermine gaps and new features we should build to iterate and improve our offering, partnering with internal teams to drive long term solutions šBe the voice of the customers šBuild and maintain ongoing relationships with complex stakeholders, both internally and externally šWork in a quickly changing environment šDrive referrals from our customers
What We're Looking For:
