Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Manage back and forth communication with manufacturer to develop sign-off sample for production 📍Handle end-to-end process including CAD development and refinement, including writing detailed instructions and information for CAD designers and manufacturer 📍Handle manufacturer questions on incoming orders related to CAD development, manufacturing, and quality 📍Train manufacturers on best practices, escalation procedures, and brand standards 📍Escalate critical issues to the management team
Qualifications
📍1 ~ 2 years of experience in product design, product development, or manufacturing within the fashion and design goods industry 📍Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and troubleshoot issues 📍Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 📍Familiarity with CAD software and product development processes is a plus 📍Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively 📍Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving
