Key Responsibilities

📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement the product, owning the design process 📍Produce artifacts needed—sketches, wireframes, mockups, prototypes—to take ideas from conception to production 📍Proficiency in both UX and UI Design, being able to not only solve complex design problems through logic and flow, but also through visual principles 📍Conduct user research and apply insights to create intuitive and user-centered designs 📍Support the growth of our ecosystem, create mocks for design partners and integrations, ensuring consistency and quality in the product flows 📍Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies in the crypto and web3 spaces 📍Bring simplicity and clarity to complex user flows in the web3 space

Qualifications

📍5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio and experience in the web3 space 📍Experienced with designing and shipping an end to end product with complicated flows, multiple scenarios and edge cases 📍Ability to handle ambiguity and collaborate with team members to find innovative solutions 📍Proficiency in design tools, especially Figma 📍Exceptional visual design skills with an eye for detail and a passion for delivering beautiful and functional designs 📍Experience conducting user research and applying insights to design decisions 📍Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work closely with technical teams 📍Passionate about the crypto and web3 space, with a strong desire to learn
