Responsibilities:

📍Work with layouts in Figma: from the prototyping stage to handing over layouts for development. 📍Create concepts for internal special projects. 📍Analyze, present, defend, and justify design decisions. 📍Actively interact with related departments: marketing, product, and development. Author supervision. 📍Sometimes needed to be able to creatively design presentations and posts for social media. 📍Web3 is already a complex subject, so it's important to create beautiful and user-friendly designs.

Requirements:

📍2-3 years of experience. 📍Proficiency in Figma – use components and styles. 📍Strong UI skills and the ability to work with 2D/3D graphics. 📍Ability to work with a design system, develop it, and maintain order in layouts. 📍Stay updated on trends and incorporate new approaches into your work. 📍Visual awareness.
