📍Provide strategic expertise in UI/UX design, driving innovation and excellence across Binance’s product ecosystem. 📍Develop, implement, and refine design processes to support rapid iteration and improvement. 📍Apply design thinking methodologies to create globally appealing, user-friendly designs. 📍Collaborate closely with product managers and development teams to ensure effective implementation of design solutions. 📍Participate in design reviews, offering expert insights and suggestions. 📍Stay updated on the latest design trends and industry developments to continually improve design approaches and foster innovation.

Requirements:

📍Minimum of 8+ years of experience working in UI/UX Design, with a focus on delivering high-quality user experiences. 📍Strong visual and interaction design skills, with a deep understanding of user experience principles. 📍Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 📍Strong project management abilities, with experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously. 📍Passion for motion design or illustration is preferred.
