What you’ll do

📍Design Meaningful Experiences: Create and deliver mobile and desktop experiences that simplify investment products and make complex financial concepts accessible, easy-to-use and engaging. 📍Work on End-to-End UX Initiatives: Run design projects from concept to delivery, including discovery, collaboration sessions, sketching, wireframing, prototyping (low to high fidelity), user testing, and presenting to stakeholders. 📍Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate user needs and business objectives into impactful design solutions. 📍Conduct User Research: Perform user interviews and usability tests to validate and iterate on designs, ensuring they meet user needs and align with Bitpanda’s product strategy. 📍Contribute to the Design Community: Support team initiatives, share knowledge, and contribute to building a collaborative and efficient design culture at Bitpanda.

Who you are

📍You bring a versatile set of product design skills (product, interaction, visual design) and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments where you can handle multiple projects. 📍You have 3+ years of experience designing digital products in cross-functional teams – ideally in fintech, crypto, or other complex domains – utilizing tools like Figma, Miro, and JIRA, and modern design systems and processes. 📍You’re passionate about crypto and financial products, with a strong interest in making them more accessible and user-friendly. 📍You collaborate seamlessly with stakeholders and peers to define project goals, timelines, constraints, and priorities. 📍You’re fluent in English (German is a plus) and excel at cross-team collaboration.
