Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals, user needs, and business objectives 📍Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and feedback 📍Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize and communicate design concepts 📍Design user interfaces that are intuitive, visually appealing, and consistent with our brand 📍Produce high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes for user testing and stakeholder review 📍Iterate on designs based on feedback, usability testing results, and changing project requirements 📍Work closely with development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet design specifications 📍Keep up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies
Requirements
Experience: 📍Bachelor's degree in Design, Product Development, or similar 📍Proven experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills 📍Proficiency in design tool Figma is a requirement, and tools such as 📍Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch are beneficial 📍Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking 📍Ability to conduct user research and translate findings into design decisions 📍Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams 📍Experience with responsive web and mobile app design 📍Experience in design for financial services and / or web3 and blockchain 📍A passion for creating exceptional user experiences
