Job Summary

Responsibilities:

šŸ“Determine challenges in the compliance process through thorough data analysis and stakeholder collaboration šŸ“Comprehend existing procedures and reconstruct them for enhanced operational efficiency and user experience šŸ“Ensure our process flows are seamless for teammates, by creating step-by-step instructions/guides and documentation for use globally šŸ“Provide clear and concise presentation of findings and design plans to stakeholders across business units šŸ“Develop flowcharts to illustrate both the current and prospective future process flow šŸ“Support the implementation of new workflows and processes, while monitoring the effectiveness šŸ“Support and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders by proactively bringing ideas and tangible actions to improve the business and performance šŸ“Support the Global Compliance program Heads for the completion and implementation of policies and procedural changes šŸ“Ensure the changes to policies/procedures/guidelines are clearly assessed for impact and communicated to the relevant stakeholders šŸ“Identify areas for improvement in the current onboarding flow and work with relevant business partners to implement the required changes

Requirements:

šŸ“Bachelor's degree in a Business, Legal, or related field, or equivalent practical experience šŸ“Analytical mindset and experience in working with data šŸ“5 years of experience in Financial Crime Compliance in financial institutions or fintechs šŸ“2-3 years of process improvement experience, ideally managing processes and projects across compliance workflows šŸ“Experience in developing and designing processes, flowcharts and operating procedures šŸ“Ability to navigate through ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment šŸ“Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to be action-oriented and seek to meet high standards šŸ“Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, analytical, and investigative skills
