Job Summary
What You'll Be Doing:
šThe Product Manager defines the strategy and positioning of the product. They oversee the lifecycle of the product and have deep knowledge of the specific product and its features in order to develop and maintain going forwards. Accountabilities include in depth understanding of the customer and all relevant marketing, commercial and operational activities ensuring the customer needs are addressed; šAnalyses, understands and prepares reports on monthly trends, identifying whatās happened and associated drivers, making recommendations to affect change as appropriate; šSupports the definition of the proposition and product strategy for the part of the portfolio the role has accountability for; šUses the customer insights, target audience and market opportunities, proposition initiatives and customer experience which will differentiate OKX from the competition; šAligns with the Product Owner for the squad or segment on how the proposition and desired customer experience fit into the overall strategy for the segment/squad; šLeads the full E2E delivery and in life management for the area under responsibility, including delivery against business targets and the proactive management of any risks and opportunities as they arise; šWorks collaboratively with the wider squad community, to continually find ways to make our propositions and offers better and more relevant for our customers, utilizing agile practices to facilitate this at pace; šWorks closely with local General Manager to clearly understand the requirements and make timely suggestions; šEnsures the customer journey processes are simple and clearly defined and adopted by the team and the wider business and drive continuous improvements;
What We Look For In You:
šProfient in English & Native Turkish Language (both written and verbal), with the ability to influence and present ideas. šAble to relocate to Singapore on a full-time basis. šBachelor's degree or above, 5 years of experience in a related role. šExcellent communication ability, strong project management ability, and project coordination ability, able to cooperate with multiple teams to complete the set of work goals. šStrong logical and structural thinking, ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines. šSelf-motivated, independent, and capable of taking ownership of projects. šGood internal platform product sense, fast learner, can independently promote training and requirements collection. šExperience leading and managing cross-functional teams, with excellent stakeholder management skills. šOpen to exploring new and innovative projects to drive product growth. šExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and present ideas.
Nice to Haves:
šExperience in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry, with a strong understanding of crypto trading and market dynamics. šFamiliarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in different regions related to cryptocurrencies and promotional campaigns šProficiency in data analytics tools and techniques, to derive insights and make data-driven decisions. šExperience in Artificial Intelligence (AI)
