Job Summary
You’ll Be Empowered To 🎮:
📍Develop and implement crypto rewards strategies that aligns with the company's overall objectives and market positioning 📍Lead strategic planning sessions to align all stakeholders on goals and execution plans 📍Establish and maintain data collection processes to gather relevant metrics on user engagement, reward redemption, and program performance 📍Develop a metrics dashboard to track key health metrics and inform OKRs 📍Translate data insights into actionable strategies and improvements for the rewards program 📍Ensure data-driven insights are communicated effectively to all stakeholders to support informed decision-making 📍Implement growth hacking techniques to rapidly test and optimise various elements of the rewards program for maximum impact 📍Collaborate with marketing and other teams to drive user acquisition and retention through innovative reward mechanisms
We'd Love You To Bring 🤝:
📍A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management with a focus on growth / funnel optimisation 📍Knowledge or passion in web3 technologies, rewards programs, blockchain, and decentralised applications 📍Tertiary qualification in business, technology, or a related field 📍Strong technical understanding and ability to liaise with our engineering team at a technical level 📍Exceptional communication skills and the ability to drive and foster relationships throughout the organisation 📍Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders 📍Data-driven decision making skills to influence key partners
