Exceptional analytical skills and proven track record of data-based decision making. Deep understanding of different financial markets. Idea of where the world and crypto is going. Expertise in different crypto concepts and projects. Owner mindset - focus on delivering the most value to the markets and the most value to the company Experience in big investment management companies is a plus.
