Job Summary
Key responsibilities:
📍Respond to questions and issues from the Decentraland's community of Players and Creators across different channels like • • • Chat, Email and Social Media 📍Content moderation over the Social Media channels 📍Collaborate with Development teams on issue escalation and resolution 📍Suggest improvements to the Support's team Knowledge base and processes 📍Provide insight to the Support team's management on Players and Creators sentiment and feedback 📍Provide excellent service in accordance with the set KPIs and Support processes 📍Proactively engage with Players on the platform in an effort to increase Players retention 📍Familiarize yourself with Decentraland's platform, tools and documentation
Requirements:
