Job Summary
Key responsibilities:
šRespond to questions and issues from the Decentraland's community of Players and Creators across different channels like ā¢ ā¢ ā¢ Chat, Email and Social Media šContent moderation over the Social Media channels šCollaborate with Development teams on issue escalation and resolution šSuggest improvements to the Support's team Knowledge base and processes šProvide insight to the Support team's management on Players and Creators sentiment and feedback šProvide excellent service in accordance with the set KPIs and Support processes šProactively engage with Players on the platform in an effort to increase Players retention šFamiliarize yourself with Decentraland's platform, tools and documentation
Requirements:
š 2 years of Support experience šKnowledge of Web 3 / Blockchain space šFluent in English, both speaking and writing šComputer knowledge and troubleshooting skills šExcellent communicator šWorking on shifts, Monday-Sunday
