Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Platform Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the trading platform, ensuring high availability, stability, and performance Production Issue Management: Monitor and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal disruption to trading activities 📍Client Support and Integration: Work with institutional clients to support platform integration, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical assistance. Ensure each client passes the conformance testing certification before going live to production 📍System Configuration: Configure and maintain platform settings based on business and client requirements Ticket and Backlog Management: Open, track, and manage tickets for both production issues and platform improvements, while maintaining and prioritizing the backlog 📍Platform Optimization: Continuously evaluate platform performance and ensure implementation of improvements to enhance reliability, speed, and scalability 📍Project Management Support: Assist in managing ongoing product initiatives, acting as a deputy for the Product Manager when needed, and ensuring that platform upgrades are delivered on time 📍Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, trading, operations,) external clients and vendor partners to ensure the platform meets business needs and resolves issues promptly 📍Security and Compliance: Ensure that the platform adheres to all relevant security, regulatory, and compliance requirements
Requirements
📍At least 3 years of experience in managing trading platforms or similar systems 📍Strong understanding of trading technologies, including order management systems, market data, and execution tools 📍Experience with production issue resolution and system configuration 📍Familiarity with ticketing systems and backlog management 📍Ability to support clients with technical integrations and troubleshooting 📍Experience in trading cryptocurrencies is a plus 📍Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 📍Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
