In this role, you will

📍Design, operate, and continuously improve the cloud infrastructure that powers our systems using infrastructure-as-code, monitoring, and observability. 📍Own critical parts of the platform: identify bottlenecks, propose and implement improvements, and drive reliability and performance at scale. 📍Run Kubernetes in production and evolve how we operate it. 📍Develop and maintain automation, CI/CD pipelines, and internal tooling that improve developer experience. 📍Build monitoring and observability that make system health and performance easy to understand. 📍Participate in an on-call rotation and contribute to incident response and post-mortems. 📍Implement and operate security and compliance constraints as part of normal engineering work.

You might be a great fit for this role if you

📍Have experience designing, operating, and optimising cloud infrastructure in production (ideally AWS), including provisioning, configuration, and disaster recovery. 📍Have run Kubernetes in production and understand its operational trade-offs. 📍Are comfortable working autonomously, picking up new systems quickly, and driving improvements without constant direction. 📍Are willing to be on call and take responsibility for the systems you build. 📍Think about security as part of system design, not as an afterthought or checklist. 📍Enjoy building and maintaining tooling and platforms that make other engineers more productive.
