What You’ll Be Responsible For:

📍Work with DCG Platform team in helping portfolio company leadership on a variety of strategic initiatives, business development, and operational improvements 📍Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, sectors, and investment opportunities to support portfolio company founders 📍Engage with the broader web3 and entrepreneurial ecosystem to enhance DCG's brand and platform 📍Organize events, workshops, and other initiatives to support portfolio companies and the startup community 📍Solve complex problems, engaging with big picture strategy questions and the less glamorous work required in a new company 📍Work cross functionally, collaborating with DCG and our portfolio companies 📍Support the preparation of external and internal communications to various stakeholders

What You’ll Bring:

📍2+ years professional experience working in strategy consulting, venture capital, or a similar capacity 📍Exceptional written and oral communication skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint 📍Familiarity with various software tools such as CRM, design, website builders 📍You are a proven collaborator and communicator; you know how to listen and work well with others across disciplines 📍Build understanding through active listening to what others have to say and responding appropriately 📍Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive 📍Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects and deliver on-time 📍You thrive working in complex environments with many internal and external stakeholders 📍You know how to admit what you don't know, and how to ask the right people for help 📍You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and operating in the gray space 📍You can easily adjust to new situations, pivot when priorities change and make accommodations as needed to be effective in your role and deliver on goals
