Responsibilities

📍Ensure the smooth functioning of the Crypto Finance platforms, incl. both testing and shaping its development to enhance front-to-back processes that pass via a respective platform 📍Coordinate improvements with the respective Product Manager 📍Coordination and support for complex technical client integrations, e.g. setting up test account and api-connections for prospects and guiding them through the necessary steps 📍Implement operational best practices, e.g. automated reconciliations 📍Create and maintain operational workflows in such a way that they adhere to technical standards and can be carried out in an operator-friendly and efficient manner 📍Contribute to documenting such front-to-back workflows 📍Work in close cooperation with other team members, including traders, operators, product manager and salespeople. 📍Also cover daily operations tasks, initially to get good insights into current processes and when there is demand (e.g. holiday coverage and high volume days) 📍Represent Platform Management in internal governance bodies and committees

Requirements

📍Experience with front-to-back processing at a financial institution 📍Good with numbers and high attention to detail 📍Basic coding experience, be it only Excel macros 📍Basic understanding of accounting 📍Experience working as a project- and/or business manager is a plus 📍Generally a good technical understanding, e.g. familiarity with API calls and structured (e.g. JSON) responses 📍German and/or English professional proficiency 📍Knowledge of and interest in blockchain technology and/or crypto assets 📍Eligible to work in Switzerland
