You will: Onboard new employees by completing I9 Verification and orienting them to our payroll/benefits and org-wide tools Own administration of company-wide HRIS practices in accordance with company goals and federal/state legal requirements Manage end-to-end activities related to payroll and benefits Coordinate with our external immigration partners for H1b, PERM, TN1, and other immigration-related matters Assist with maintaining HR-related materials. Ensuring that documentation, policies & handbooks are kept consistently up to date with company processes & mandatory state policies Plan and manage offsite, team meetings, and engagement activities

You are an ideal candidate if: You have 5+ years of generalist experience in an HR / People & Culture role, preferably within early-stage companies Have experience working with an HRIS and Payroll software Extensive experience with employee onboarding You can easily prioritize competing priorities; you are energized by constantly switching between administrative, people-oriented, and creative tasks You are a clear and effective communicator (written and verbal) with strong interpersonal skills You enjoy working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment You have strong organizational skills You are excited by the idea of being a champion of our culture
