Job Summary
What you’ll be working on:
📍Employee Experience & Policy Management: Partner with the Operations team to achieve both day-to-day tasks and strategic goals aimed at enhancing the employee experience while supporting business objectives. 📍Policy Development: Create and maintain a comprehensive, fit-for- purpose employee handbook that outlines company policies and sets clear expectations for all employees 📍Program Implementation: Design and manage high-priority HR programs, including performance reviews, employee and management training, and onboarding/offBboarding processes 📍Feedback Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Gather and analyze employee feedback data to identify and act on opportunities to enhance the overall employee experience. 📍Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processes, taking ownership of Taiwan payroll calculations and managing global payroll vendor relationships to ensure accuracy and timeliness. 📍Tool Optimization: Utilize current HR tools and identify opportunities for new tools to boost employee productivity and streamline HR processes. 📍Global Collaboration: Work proactively with international counterparts to maintain consistency in processes and policies across different regions.

About you:
📍Demonstrated experience in HR operations, preferably in a fast-paced, global environment. 📍Proven track record of developing and implementing HR programs and policies. 📍Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans. 📍Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with stakeholders across different cultures. 📍Familiarity with payroll management and vendor relations is a plus.
