Job Summary
In this role, you will:
šPartner with the Director of People Operations on all aspects of Compliance including policy creation, program initiatives and operational procedures. šLead the implementation of HR policies and procedures, and manage internal audits of our HR processes, to ensure compliance with legal regulations and industry standards. šOversee employee immigration cases, partnering with managers, employees and legal counsel for support needs. šManage and support our employee training initiatives, while overseeing our employee training platform. šIn conjunction with our leave management software, guide the team and oversee all leave management, ensure timely processing of leave pays. šDirectly manage our global employees onboarding and offboarding through our EOR, providing a positive and effective employee experience. šDevelop and maintain core People analytics pillars by generating and analyzing HR metrics and reports to inform decision-making. šLead and support HR projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and the overall employee experience.Identify opportunities to improve and scale existing processes, and assist with change management of various programs and initiatives. šCollaborate with the Finance team on payroll to ensure accurate processing of all internal changes. šMaintain all employment and payroll records consistently and accurately reporting any discrepancies to the People leadership team. šBuild trust with employees and provide a high quality employee experience by resolving issues promptly and responding to employee questions and concerns related to payroll, benefits, compensation, leaves, and other established or new processes.
You have:
š5+ years of People Operations experience šStrong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work confidentiality at all levels of an organization šExcellent skills with the ability to follow-through to completion šAbility to effectively and positively interface with a broad range of employees and deliver excellent client support šAbility to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and navigate in a rapidly-changing environment šAbility to learn new systems quickly and create improved efficiency šA big fan of process and extremely organized šKnowledge of HR federal & state laws and regulations
