WHAT YOU’LL DO:

📍Lead day-to-day payroll processing across multiple APAC countries in compliance with local statutory, tax, and labor regulations. 📍Ensure accurate and timely disbursement of salaries, RSUs, Tender Offers, and other incentive payouts. 📍Partner closely with local vendors, internal finance teams, HR/People Ops, and Global Equity to support accurate reporting and reconciliation. 📍Serve as a key liaison for APAC payroll audits and ensure readiness for year-end compliance reporting. 📍Address payroll queries and provide support to employees promptly.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

📍7+ years of end-to-end payroll processing experience across APAC countries (Singapore required; additional countries preferred). 📍Strong understanding of APAC payroll legislation and statutory compliance, with expertise in Singapore being essential. Familiarity with other APAC countries is a plus. 📍Deep understanding of RSU and Tender Offer taxation and disbursement practices. 📍Experience handling crypto-based compensation or digital asset disbursements is highly desirable. 📍Familiarity with ADP GlobalView, ADP Celergo, Workday or similar global platforms. 📍Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
