Job Summary
What you'll do:
šOversee the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and proper utilization. šDevelop and implement data aggregation strategies from various sources including team calendars, instant messaging, emails, and internal communication channels. šGenerate comprehensive reports on sales activities and pipeline status for team leads and executives. šContinuously analyze and iterate on the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness. šIdentify bottlenecks and propose solutions to streamline operations. šCollaborate with the partnerships team to implement and refine best practices. šProcure relevant tools and software to help enhance partnerships team capability and efficacy. šCoordinate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the sales cycle. šAssist in organizing key meetings and follow-ups based on CRM data. šProvide administrative support to the partnerships team as required. šCreate, update, and maintain sales enablement materials including pitch decks, product sheets, and case studies. šEnsure all materials are up-to-date, aligned with company messaging, and easily accessible to the team.
What you'll need:
šBachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field. š2+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or a similar role. šProficiency in CRM systems, data analysis tools, and productivity suites. šStrong Notion and Google Suite proficiency (or willingness to learn) is a must. šStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. šExcellent organizational and project management skillsSuperior written and verbal communication skills.
