šBuild, maintain and expand our Partnerships strategy across APAC šEstablish strong, lasting relationships with senior executives & partner decision-makers šIdentify new opportunities for the firm to expand its reach via partnership opportunities šPrioritize ruthlessly, dedicating the teamās time and resources to the most promising opportunities and constantly re-evaluating how to efficiently manage lesser ones šResearch & attend relevant industry conferences as needed
Requirements
š10+ years of relevant experience š2+ years at a centralized crypto exchange, prime brokerage, or prop trading firm šFluent in Mandarin and English šSolid understanding of the crypto industry, including the different types of cryptocurrencies, the underlying technology, and the regulatory landscape šDemonstrate a partner-minded, entrepreneurial, and a team-oriented mindset šExceptional negotiation and relationship building skills šExperience handling third-party relationships and communicating key findings and proposals šStrong attention to detail, organization, prioritization, and time management skills šStrong analytical skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively šFamiliar with FalconX products and services, including our trading and prime brokerage services šPassion for the crypto space
