šEstablish relationships with all strategic partners identified in the BCM 2024 plan. šAgree on cadence and key contacts to optimize global partnerships. šEstablish a plan and timelines for the creation of a Centre of Excellence for GSI/SI-based partnerships. šDefine and secure commitments from GSI stakeholders for strategic partnerships with a minimum of 50% of named GSI's & ISV's in the BCM plan for 2024. šBuild and drive clearly defined plans for early-stage adoption through business development functions. šAgree and document minimum commercial and contractual outcomes in terms of CCIP commitment/adoption over the same period.
