Job Summary

What you'll do

šŸ“Prepare and file legal documents with courts, government agencies, and regulatory bodies.
šŸ“Maintain records of filings and deadlines.
šŸ“Assist in the preparation of board and shareholder meeting agendas, resolutions, and minutes.
šŸ“Draft and distribute reports to internal stakeholders, the Board of Directors, and stockholders.
šŸ“Maintain corporate records and ensure proper documentation of corporate actions.
šŸ“Draft, proofread, and format legal correspondence and reports.
šŸ“Assist in the preparation of legal reports and regulatory submissions.
šŸ“Organize and maintain legal files, contracts, and corporate documents.
šŸ“Manage legal review, referrals and requests, ensuring smooth coordination between the Legal team and stakeholders. šŸ“Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications for the legal department.
šŸ“Manage document retention and e-filing systems.
šŸ“Handle general administrative tasks, including billing, expense tracking, legal review/referral managemebt and vendor/stakeholder coordination.
šŸ“Conduct legal research as needed.
šŸ“Assist with due diligence, contract reviews, and other transactional tasks.
šŸ“Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Legal Officer and legal team.

What we expect from you

šŸ“Associate or bachelor’s degree in Legal Administration, or any 2 or 4 year course. šŸ“Minimum of 3-5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in a corporate legal department or law firm.
šŸ“Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), legal research tools, and e-filing systems; proficiency with regulatory filing requirements (SEC, BSP, courts, etc.) šŸ“Strong organizational and time-management skills.
šŸ“Excellent written and verbal communication.
