Job Summary
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
šJuris Doctor or foreign equivalent, and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a closely related position. Must be admitted to practice law by a U.S. or foreign jurisdiction, or eligible to register as in-house counsel. šSpecial Requirements: Experience must include five (5) years with each of the following: šLegal research on laws and regulations relevant to company products and marketing practices to determine advice for internal business teams on their development practices šLegal writing to summarize the applicability of the laws and regulations that have been researched. šProviding oral and written legal advice to internal business teams usually on subjects related to building products or conducting marketing practices in accordance with best practices and relevant laws and regulations. šStrategizing In-house legal teams šPresentation of legal requirements to technical and non-legal teams.
