Requirements

📍Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field 📍3-4 years of experience in options trading with a focus on systematic strategy research and trading 📍Option market making experience from prop trading houses is preferred but not required 📍Strong quantitative and analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis 📍Knowledge of options pricing models, risk management, and market dynamics 📍Willingness to work flexible hours to cover US trading sessions 📍Excellent communication and teamwork skills
