Key Responsibilities:

📍Partner with leadership team to identify and execute the company wide strategy 📍Oversee resource allocation and budget management across departments 📍Own the company's legal strategy 📍Manage relationships with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies 📍Review and negotiate complex contracts and partnership agreements 📍Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes 📍Manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors 📍Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations 📍Develop and implement HR policies and procedures 📍Manage employee immigration and visa processes 📍Lead employee onboarding and offboarding processes

Required Qualifications:

📍4+ years of operations experience. 📍2+ years of prior experience at a crypto protocol, foundation, or exchange. 📍Track record of working with external legal and financial advisors. 📍Hands-on experience with trading. 📍Educational background in finance, accounting, or law
