Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate Operations Engineer who will:
šensure uptime and reliability of applications and systems. develop automation tools and scripts to reduce operational overhead. monitor system performance, proactively identify issues via root-cause analysis, and implement solutions while communicating incident status and resolutions in a clear and timely manner.
Your Skills and Experience
šBachelors in any technical field of study, with 3+ years of experience in operational engineering (or cloud / systems engineering more generally). šProven experience supporting high-performance applications and automation tooling. šProficiency in scripting language like Python and Bash. Interest in Rust is preferred. šExperience with CI/CD, containerization (Docker), orchestration tools (Kubernetes), observability tools (Prometheus), cloud platforms (AWS), and databases (PostgreSQL) is a must. Experience with Terraform would be preferred. šHands-on experience with messy (real-world) datasets, and trading more generally preferred. šStrong eye for detail and highly structured, keen to learn about business logic and the intricacies of complex data. šSerious about clean code, simple but well-architected systems, and continuous improvement šSense of ownership taking full responsibility and accountability for your contributions
