Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
📍Working with the Operations team to develop desk level automations to improve efficiency and accuracy of day to day tasks. 📍Working with the Post Trade engineering teams to help ensure business and technical requirements are clear and will meet the business needs. 📍Designing and developing reporting solutions and performing data analysis to monitor internal and external performance against KPIs/KRIs, leveraging advanced data analytics techniques. 📍Taking ownership of products and tools maintained by the Operations team globally. 📍Collaborate with stakeholders to understand evolving business requirements and adapt tools and systems accordingly.
Qualifications
📍The ideal candidate should have: 📍A degree in a technical field such as computer science, data science, physics, mathematics or statistics 📍At least 2 years of experience in software development or business analytics 📍Proficiency with Python in data analysis, automation, and tools development. Experience with Java is a plus but not required 📍Experience with SQL and relational database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL). Knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g., ELK, MongoDB) is a plus but not required 📍Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or 📍Python-based libraries like Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly 📍Familiarity with global electronic trading is a plus but not required 📍Strong analytical and communication skills
