Job Summary
What you’ll do
📍Process requests from our client's using our proprietary platform Fusion 📍Communicate professionally with advisors, their staff, and clients via phone, email, and proprietary systems. 📍Maintain with excellence all processes and adhere to regulatory requirements and firm policies, maintaining a strong focus on risk management and data confidentiality. 📍Process cashiering requests timely and accurately, including but not limited to ACH transfers, Fed Wire transfers, check distributions, and journal entries. 📍Communicate professionally with advisors, their staff, and clients via phone, email, and proprietary systems.
What you bring
📍Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably with a foundation in finance or economics or related field with 2+ years customer service experience. 📍Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple demands and deadlines. 📍Professional demeanor in both verbal and written communication, ensuring clear and effective interactions with advisors, clients, and team members. 📍Exceptional attention to detail, data-entry, and writing skills. 📍Highly motivated, goal-oriented individual who thrives with challenges and is driven to exceed expectations in a fast-paced environment.
