What You'll Own
📍Process documentation: You're the person who turns tribal knowledge into written playbooks. How does a market get launched? What's the onboarding flow for new hires? What happens when a VIP client has an issue? You interview the people who know, write it down, and make it findable. 📍Project coordination: Track and drive smaller operational projects — vendor onboarding, tool migrations, internal wiki buildout, data cleanup, policy documentation. 📍Internal knowledge base: Own the Notion workspace structure. Make sure information is organized, searchable, and up to date. You're the person who makes sure the company's institutional knowledge doesn't live in Slack threads and people's heads. 📍Recurring operations: Run recurring operational processes — weekly report compilation, meeting note distribution, action item tracking, vendor invoice processing. 📍Ad hoc support: Be the Swiss army knife for the Ops team. When something needs to get done and it doesn't fit neatly into anyone else's role, you pick it up.
