Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
šServe as the primary point of contact for institutional clients, managing their inquiries, requests, onboarding, and periodic review processes by collaborating with both internal teams and clients to ensure seamless execution šCommunicate with clients and address their inquiries, providing timely and accurate information. Offer support and guidance to clients on the use of company products and services šBuild and maintain relationships with stakeholders to support strategic system delivery, client service, and the development of future models to accommodate new and evolving activities šConduct thorough and timely due diligence reviews of clients, ensuring compliance with local jurisdictional requirements in accordance with company policies šDemonstrate proficiency in compliance applications and screening tools, identifying and escalating suspicious or fraudulent documentation to the compliance team for further review šMaintain detailed records of client interactions, follow up on outstanding issues, and provide feedback on system malfunctions, gaps, and necessary upgrades šIdentify and optimize areas for operational improvement, implementing processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and ensure quality šCollaborate with stakeholders to assist with the preparation of response to institutional clients, external auditors,regulators and enforcement agencies
Job Requirements:
šAt least 1-3 years of experience in a Business Operations role within Tradfi and crypto industry, experience in KYB/KYC onboarding is a plus šFamiliar with the day-to-day operations of a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) and possess client-facing experience šUnderstanding of corporate onboarding with knowledge of multi-jurisdictional rules and regulations šStrong understanding about different client types (e.g., Asset Holding Companies, Funds, Partnerships, Segregated Portfolio Companies, Trusts) including the review and escalation of high-risk and complex cases šPossesses strong time management, project management, organizational, and relationship-building skills šAdaptable in an evolving and fast-moving environment, capable of working independently with minimal supervision šCurious, self-driven, meticulous, analytical, and a proactive problem solver šProficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage to partner with mandarin speaking clients
