Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Handle day to day capital operations, and account management tasks efficiently, including manual processing when necessary. 📍Serve as the primary contact for trade-related inquiries and issues, offering timely support to traders and stakeholders. 📍Collaborate with technology teams to implement system enhancements and streamline operational workflows for improved efficiency and scalability, balancing automation with the need for manual controls where appropriate.
Requirements
📍Bachelor degree or above, fresh grads of any discipline are welcome to apply 📍Familiar with current workflow and tools 📍Hands-on tasks by working with rotation colleague 📍Detail-oriented and examine any room for improvement in the current process follow 📍Take responsibility for various projects 📍Since Crypto runs 24/7, the night shift is expected (Allowance provided!)
