Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šUse data to provide value-added analysis on business operations; šAssist in managing the product roadmap, monitoring tasks, and escalating issues as needed; šHelp with product operations, including BRD preparations and AB tests; šSupport day-to-day operations and promote a data-driven decision-making culture; šContribute to business performance reviews by creating and maintaining data dashboards to monitor and report operating metrics; šSupport marketing team; šAssisting in project management.
Requirements:
šDegree inManagement, Business Administration, Operations Management, or other relevant fields. šAt least 3-5 yearsā directly related experience in a project management, business operation role. šA self-driven team player with the ability to quickly learn and apply new tools and techniques such as proprietary analytical software, data models and programming languages. šA natural curiosity to identify, investigate and explain trends and patterns in data and an ability to analyse and break down complex concepts and technical findings into clear and simple language for communication.
