Context Windranger is a product lab working on the BitDAO ecosystem. You can read more about us here. Over the next few years, BitDAO intends to secure a handful of large partnerships (on the scale of zkSync, Game7, BitNetwork). As proposed by one of BitDAOās core contributors, BitDAO is looking to build a chain (BITNetwork) that: uses $BIT as a native token; is EVM compatible; and optimized for high throughput dapps such as derivatives dexes and gaming.

Key Responsibilities
- Partnership Operations & Support šSupport the institutional BD and Operations teams in partnership execution, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management šCoordinate with partners across exchanges, custodians, wallets, and institutional clients to ensure smooth integration processes šTrack partnership milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics šMaintain partnership documentation, contracts, and communication records in both English and Mandarin š2. Investment Operations & Analysis šMonitor and track vault manager partner performance including TVL flows, position allocations, strategy returns, collateral ratios, and liquidation risks across user capital šBuild and maintain real-time dashboards tracking vault metrics, yield performance, on-chain/centralized exchange positions, and comparative performance across manager partners šPrepare weekly/monthly reports on vault TVL trends, realized returns, partner performance rankings, capital efficiency metrics, and strategy-level analysis šSupport due diligence for new vault managers and develop financial models evaluating vault economics, fee structures, and revenue projections from partnerships š3. Process & Documentation Management šDevelop and maintain operational playbooks, partner onboarding guides, and internal documentation šStandardize processes for partnership execution, compliance, and reporting šCreate templates for partnership agreements, commercial terms, and integration documentation š4. Cross-Functional Coordination šWork closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal teams to support partnership needs šCoordinate internal communication between teams to ensure alignment on partnership deliverables šSupport the BD and operations teams with presentation materials, proposals, and partner communications šAssist with administrative tasks related to partnerships including scheduling, follow-ups, and action item tracking
Who You Are
Required: šBilingual fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) š1-3 years of experience in operations, analytics, business operations, or related roles šStrong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis šDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills šStrong written and verbal communication skills in both languages šSelf-starter who can work independently and manage multiple priorities šComfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment šInterest in cryptocurrency, DeFi, and financial market
