You're fluent in English Required Background 2 years of analytical experience Proven track record in lean methodology Excellent analytical mindset, combined with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Consulting and project management expertise Passionate about crypto/blockchain and the Credix vision Responsibilities Closely work together with executive management and teams to achieve outcomes based on company goals Analyze company policies, processes, and data to identify business opportunities Enhance workflow and cross-departmental engagements Document findings, prepare reports, and make recommendations Determine the effectiveness of new processes
