Only long-term product teams for EU with investments and a modern stack of technologies. We set up the company in 2010 in Kharkiv. In 2017 we opened the office in Berlin. Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Managing and keeping track of invoices. 📍Preparing and updating spreadsheets for office budget planning. 📍Ensuring the office is organized and fully stocked (our cleaner does a deep clean twice a week). 📍Coordinating with suppliers for office needs, including food, equipment, and stationery. 📍Organizing shipments and receiving parcels (couriers, packages, etc.). 📍Managing corporate merchandise for welcome kits, assembling gifts, and sending them. 📍Communicating with service providers (internet, electricity, water). 📍Decorating the office for holidays and special occasions. Organizing weekly Pizza Day every Friday. 📍Supporting the planning and execution of corporate events and team-building activities.
Requirements:
📍Fluency in Ukrainian and Polish is a must. 📍English skills are sufficient for basic communication. 📍Strong organizational skills and proficiency with documents and spreadsheets. 📍Punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented. 📍Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve organizational tasks quickly.
