Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
📍Support the Sales Teams to qualify leads, identify customers' Pain Points and Translate Technologies into Solutions that meet Customers' Business Goals. 📍 Providing pre-sales technical assistance, product education, and after-sales support services. 📍 Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and marketing events. 📍Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs. 📍 Maintain existing customer base and develop new customer base to ensure continuous business growth 📍Communicate and work closely with other departments in ensuring the overall company objectives/performance is achieved 📍 Foster strong relationship with customers and suppliers/vendors, enabling the company to be active & leading, speedy response time, highly profitable, excellent payment collection position at all time.
Requirements
📍You have an Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology 📍Have Experience as software engineer 📍Have a minimum of 4 years experience in a related position. 📍Have a strong base or network in Information Technology (IT) industry 📍Have a knowledge and experience in ERP Odoo project 📍Have good communication; interpersonal skills include Consultative selling skills and commercial understanding
