Job Summary
What You'll Do
šDrive significant growth by onboarding new members from crypto-native (10,000+ companies) and traditional finance sectors (20,000ā30,000 companies), setting and achieving ambitious targets. šEnrich institutional profiles with critical data (e.g., regulatory status, transaction history, risk assessments) to foster transparency and trust within the network. šLead the development and rollout of a new product enabling secure, private data exchange for streamlined institutional onboarding. šCollaborate with internal teams to integrate network features into core products, leveraging network value to drive adoption and growth. šEstablish Notabeneās network as a secure, transparent, and reliable platform for institutional connections and transactions. šUse data-driven insights to track performance, refine growth strategies, and ensure the network meets user and organizational needs.
Must Haves
š6-10 years in payment networks or b2b marketplaces, including 3+ years in an early-stage or crypto company. šPassion for solving complex business problems, diving into data, driving process improvement, and leading organizational change. šExceptional project management, prioritization, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. šStrategic thinking to anticipate the downstream impacts of proposed decisions, understand and map edge cases, and engage the right people at the right time to reach the right conclusion. šAn industry presence and reputation as a thought leader with English as the major language, which was demonstrated through activities like active blogging, podcasting, social media influence, speaking engagements, etc. šBased in Europe or the US East Coast.
