Responsibilities:

📍Ecosystem Development: Spearhead initiatives to build and expand the meme coin ecosystem within TON, ensuring it is accessible, engaging, and rewarding for all participants. 📍Incentive Programs: Design and implement innovative incentive programs to attract and retain users and developers. This includes developing airdrop strategies that maximize engagement and participation within the TON ecosystem. 📍Community Engagement: Actively engage with the community of memecoin projects and their audiences to help grow and engage them with our incentives programs. 📍Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, development, and strategy teams to ensure the meme coin ecosystem aligns with TON’s overall objectives and brand. 📍Market Analysis: Keep abreast of trends in the meme coin market and the wider blockchain and cryptocurrency sectors. Leverage insights to inform ecosystem strategy and development. 📍Education and Advocacy: Serve as a thought leader on meme coins within the TON ecosystem, providing educational resources, appearing at live events for the community, and advocating for the adoption of TON meme coins. 📍Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for ecosystem health, including user growth, engagement rates, and transaction volumes. Adjust strategies as needed based on data analysis.

Qualifications:

📍Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Computer Science, or related fields. 📍Proven experience in blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and particularly meme coin projects. 📍Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the Web3 ecosystem. 📍Excellent communication and community engagement skills. 📍Creative thinker with a track record of implementing successful incentive and engagement strategies. 📍Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively as part of a global team. 📍Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
