Job Summary
Technical Skills:
šBuild secure, resilient infrastructure from the ground up! šReview code across the entire stack and engineering organization while actively participating in product development. šFoster an efficient deterministic testing culture, with an emphasis on minimizing tech debt.

Organizational Knowledge:
šWork across multiple product lines such as Anchorage Digital Trading, Custody and our suite of API integrations. šCollaborate cross-functionally with everyone. Help scale the team.

šInfluence architecture/product roadmap - have a seat at the table. šMentor and guide multiple engineers on the team within their area of specialization or domain, and help others understand the strategic goals of Anchorage Digital and how their work relates to these.
You may be a fit for this role, if you:
šHave 3+ years of professional experience building API first backend services (e.g. REST, GraphQL, gRPC). šHave experience designing, building and deploying cloud native micro-services. šAre passionate about building automated tests alongside your features. šHave real world experience building complex distributed systems. šEnjoy building services from scratch and supporting them over a meaningful period of time. šHave a genuine interest and pride in code quality and infrastructure. šPrioritize end-user experience and business value over ācool tech.ā šDeveloped ācomputer science fundamentalsā, i.e. algorithms, data structures and operating systems (Formal CS degree NOT required). šSelf-describe as some combination of the following: creative, humble, ambitious, detail oriented, hard working, trustworthy, eager to learn, methodical, action oriented, and tenacious.
