Job Summary
You Will
šSystem Design & Implementation šLead initiatives to transform manual accounting processes using Oracle Fusion Finance, FAH (Fusion Accounting Hub), and automation tools. šPartner with the integrations team to define data mapping, technical designs, and scalable solutions. šCollaborate with stakeholders to implement transformation-driven enhancements across revenue, Expenses , intercompany, and reconciliation processes. šSupport efforts to shorten the financial close timeline by automating journal entries, data collection, and rule-based logic. šStrong ability to create clear, scalable, and well-structured design documents that translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions. šCollaboration & Partnership šPartner with accounting teams to understand roadmaps and ensure systems are ready for product launches, compliance changes, and reporting needs. šOperate within a product management-style model, working closely with TPMs and cross-functional leads across Finance, Engineering, and IT. š Technical Innovation & Automation šUse AI, REST APIs, Python, and scripting to eliminate manual accounting tasks and streamline reporting. šExplore GenAI and ML for auto-reconciliations, flux reporting, and anomaly detection. šGovernance & Compliance šCollaborate with audit teams to ensure systems and workflows are SOX-compliant and meet internal control requirements. šSupport statutory reporting for international entities and ensure alignment with US GAAP and other regulatory frameworks.
You Have
š10+ years of experience in financial systems, with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion, Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH), and accounting automation šStrong understanding of Revenue recognition (including ASC 606),Intercompany accounting , Allocations, Multi-level consolidations šSolid knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS reporting requirements for global entities šExposure to statutory reporting for international entities and multi-GAAP environments
