Job Summary
You may be a fit for this role if you:
šHave 5+ years of experience in designing world-class complex enterprise products. šHave Experience building scalable systems and core product functionalities. šCan define the strategy, and solve complex challenges across iOS and Web to turn simplicity out of complexity. šHave the ability to take ownership of the design process, think holistically, and articulate design decisions that deliver both user and business value. šHave a deep understanding of how to create usable, accessible modular designs that can scale. šHave excellent communication and proven ability to lead in cross-functional environments. šHave experience partnering with product managers and engineers to develop the strategy and rationale for product features. šAre able to give, receive feedback and guide other designers. šHave some special combination of the following: creative, humble, detail-oriented, self-aware, curious, thoughtful, and tenacious. šHave a compelling portfolio of work that demonstrates high-quality design work that also tells a story that you are a design thinker.
Although not a requirement, bonus points if you have:
šExperience building financial or crypto products. šExperience working in Core or Foundation teams within B2B SaaS products. šExperience working in highly regulated industries.
