Job Summary
In this role you’ll be responsible for:
📍Assist in the development and execution of growth activations and other marketing campaigns, that inspire app downloads and sign-ups 📍Work with cross-functional teams, including market ops, global marketing, content, and design, to develop, execute, and continuously improve marketing efforts, ensuring Worldcoin's creative standard and strategic integrity. 📍Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives. 📍Provide insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and tactics. 📍Support the production of materials, including videos, graphics, and location materials 📍Manage the distribution of marketing materials and content across various platforms 📍Oversee content for social media and other marketing channels. 📍Maintain regular communication with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
About You:
📍+3 years of relevant experience in marketing, creative strategy, strategic consulting, business development or related fields- ideally in a fast-growing tech space. 📍You’re a go-getter; someone creative and eager to innovate, to test, fail, learn and evolve. 📍You’re comfortable adapting to change, coming up with solutions to unconventional problems and taking action. 📍You have strong communication & interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners, as well as building strong relationships. 📍You are fully fluent in Spanish and English 📍You’re based in Argentina, but are also able to travel occasionally to execute marketing initiatives in your subregion.
