Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šAssist in the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, paid advertising, etc.) šDevelop and implement lead generation strategies to attract and nurture prospective customers šSupport the organization and promotion of virtual and in-person events, including webinars and conferences and tracking efficacy of engagements šWork closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with their needs and provide them with quality leads and sales enablement materials šConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends šCreate engaging content (articles, infographics, videos, etc.) to support marketing initiatives šMonitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
Qualifications:
šBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field š5-7 years of experience in a marketing role, specifically in a Cryptocurrency, BlockChain, Web3, or Fintech B2B environment šStrong written and verbal communication skills šProficient in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) and project management software šFamiliar with lead generation tactics and sales enablement strategies šAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights šExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail šAbility to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
