Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šOwn marketing metrics to drive growth in Thailand. Be the go-to person for high-level as well as operational insights into markets šLead affiliate program design and optimization šLead social strategy and optimization in Thailand, ensuring visibility on creative and content šFlag key market & competitor movements to stakeholders and leadership šStreamline local workflows to maximize efficiencies šDrive quarterly marketing strategy, OKRs and accountability tracking šEnsure local events are executed to our standards and meeting CSAT goals šDesign and execute integrated campaigns, starting with strategy, brief and working on executing, measuring performance and reporting on effectiveness šLead insight-driven tests/experiments in market, whether on lifecycle, social or paid channels in order to drive growth or engagement šVERY IMPORTANT: All marketing activities in Thailand need to comply with rules and regulation of the Thai SEC. Therefore the marketing lead needs to understand the detailed rules and implement all marketing activities accordingly
Requirements:
šA minimum of 5 years of proven success in a similar role šComfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-moving environment often with uncertainty šBackground in marketing, including large scale integrated campaigns, brand building and team management (remote team management experience a plus) šStrong understanding of Thai market šPrevious experience in social media management, affiliate programs, events and influencer management a BIG plus šNative fluency in Thai and fluent in both written and verbal English šEffective communicator, able to represent Binance to external stakeholdersUser-focused, data-driven approach to decision making šAble to conceptualize and manage integrated campaigns, using both in-house resources and agency partners šFunctional Understanding of social media and paid channels data analytics šEntrepreneurial self-starter, high sense of ownership, able to drive agendas and execute with minimal guidance or supervision šAdditional experience in business development, partnership, government relations, strategy, startup, venture building, management consulting, or actual entrepreneurial experience is a plus šBackground or interest in the fintech and crypto space preferred
