About the company

Context Windranger is a product lab working on the BitDAO ecosystem. You can read more about us here. Over the next few years, BitDAO intends to secure a handful of large partnerships (on the scale of zkSync, Game7, BitNetwork). As proposed by one of BitDAO’s core contributors, BitDAO is looking to build a chain (BITNetwork) that: uses $BIT as a native token; is EVM compatible; and optimized for high throughput dapps such as derivatives dexes and gaming.

Job Summary

About this team Marketing at Game7, is responsible for building the brand, managing the overall narrative, positioning, brand visuals and image, deals with strategic marketing partners (public figures, venues, media outlets, agencies, etc.), and manages the marketing budget. Its main objective is to raise awareness and "get people in the door" through captivating/creative storytelling and initiatives.

As Marketing Lead, you’ll be joining a multi-skilled and brilliant group of professionals that are on a mission to create a Sustainable Gaming Industry through the positive influence of game developers and players around the world. You will be creative and think big, detail-oriented and a builder, capable of creating, executing and measuring a marketing strategy that aligns with established vision and objectives. You will own and embrace all our marketing initiatives from strategy to execution, and you will be a thought leader in the space, setting the example and the bar for others in the space.

What you’ll help us build Drive the overall strategy and narrative Work alongside all Core Team Members to ensure each of them is an active advocate. Planning, implementing, and overseeing all marketing and advertising efforts. Being an ambassador and evangelist of the vision to “convert” legacy Gaming actors into Web3 Gaming. Liaising with Community, Events, and Product to align objectives and deliver extraordinary experiences for our audience. Creating, growing and developing the s in-house marketing team. Building a network of external vendors, contractors, agencies and marketing professionals. Conducting market research and identifying growth opportunities within the space. Manage our marketing budget.

Your craft You are a leader, with 7+ years of experience creating and leading marketing teams from beginning to scale. You are an outstanding communicator, and great listener, with excellent verbal, and written communication skills. You have the ability to relay priorities and information among all stakeholders. You have successfully launched gaming and/or web3 brands in the past, and clearly understand how to speak to gamers. You understand and express strategies, priorities, trade-offs, and tasks at the strategic level. You are globally prepared, have experience launching global products/programs/initiatives, and know what is needed to make them successful worldwide. You are entrepreneurial, have worked in fast-paced environments, with competing resources and priorities, through the full life cycle of planning, development, and launch. You are organized, understand that the best way to build something great is to coordinate the work of many people. You are team-focused, your personality invigorates the teams around you, allowing you to cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional organizations. You are growth-oriented, your north is to meaningfully contribute to the growth of the community.
