Typically, the rule of thumb for blockchain is greater the security slower it is. Tectum does not have those trade offs because we’ve separated the tiers and use fast hashing algorithms.

Job Description

Responsibilities : Develop and drive the GTM strategy for Crypto products, defining goals, audience, positioning and messaging, and channel strategy. Provide thought leadership to our executive leadership, product, and creative teams to gain buy-in on product marketing strategies Influence SoftNote product by championing key market insights and representing the product marketing perspective in product development. The goal is to generate 500,000+ active users for the app in the shortest amount of time possible. Design and execute a comprehensive growth hacking marketing plan to grow our network of SoftNote users focusing on rapidly bolstering the number social media followers and active monthly users being the main KPIs Lead campaign development and coordination across partner teams, driving targeted strategies and messaging across audiences and channels. Launch insights-driven marketing programs that drive key business metrics, customer behavior, and product objectives Requirements: 3+ years of experience with a business-to-customer marketing focus 5+ years of experience in product marketing (fintech a strong plus) Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency space and community Proven leadership skills and ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams An ability to lead at both the strategic and operational levels A strong track record of spearheading launches and marketing campaigns that drove significant business results Strong ability to synthesize insights and leverage to influence key decisions Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. This role demands a strong ability to use the spoken and written word to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
