šDevelop and execute a structured digital marketing strategy with clear objectives, KPIs, and measurable outcomes. šIdentify and segment target audiences, creating player personas to tailor campaigns and improve engagement. šBuild and refine marketing funnels, mapping out the user journey from discovery to long-term retention. šPlan, manage, and oversee the content calendar, ensuring a steady pipeline of social media, community, and promotional content that aligns with marketing goals. šWrite and refine marketing copy for social media, website, in-game promotions, and other marketing materials. šWork closely with designers and video teams to ensure visual assets support campaign goals and brand identity. šDevelop and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring consistent messaging and tone across all marketing channels. šTrack and analyze marketing performance, providing data-driven insights to refine campaigns and improve efficiency. šIdentify and experiment with trends, activations, and engagement strategies to increase visibility and player interaction. šReview and assess performance ads, analyzing key metrics to refine targeting, messaging, and creative effectiveness. šCoordinate with leadership and cross-functional teams, ensuring marketing efforts align with business and game objectives.
